Student Mattes offer following services for students who are applying abroad

Student Matter Services

Admission Advice

Student Matters provides students and parents with one-to-one advice on choosing a study abroad destination. We take into account students’ academic backgrounds, preferred courses and advice, as well as affordability. STUDENT MATTERS provides honest and fair advice to prospective students and indicates which course/country will best suit them according to their preferences. It’s not the case for us, it’s a life that depends on us to make the right decision at the right time!

Student Visa Assistance and Appeals

This is the most important service we provide to our students. A good and strong visa application will make a difference for your future. So, take this into account and use the best service to have your visa application ready, resolving any unclear issues! Visa applications include information on the student’s profile, sponsors’ financial information, the student’s links with his/her home country and the benefits the student will gain from a degree abroad. Your visa application will speak for itself in front of the visa officer, as you may not be present to answer the visa officer’s questions. STUDENT MATTERS also prepares students for student visa interviews (called credibility interviews in the UK).

We will also inform you about the financial documents you need to attach and what alternatives you may have to prove that your family is financially strong to support you.  For a private confidential meeting about your visa application Schedule, it online WhatsApp us at +44 7459898186 or contact us

Scholarships Abroad

Everyone wants a scholarship! Right! We have partial scholarships and discounts at our partner institutions abroad. Generally, you must have a good GPA, a strong academic profile and good English language skills as evidenced by an approved English language test. Financial aid also includes free accommodation, a tuition fee reduction and a fee waiver for the following academic year if you are studying an undergraduate program. However, we do not have full scholarships.

English Language Tests and Preparations

Most countries usually require English language tests for admission and visa applications. Which test should I choose? Which is easier than others? What is the cost of the test and how to prepare?  STUDENT MATTERS sister organization ICD – Institute for Career Development offers a variety of English language tests and preparation. We also offer special packages for test ordering and preparation, which may include test fee waivers, preparation discounts and free mock tests. Interested!

International Health Cover

In many countries, students are required to purchase health insurance before applying for a visa. STUDENT MATTERS has agreements with health insurance companies and you can buy insurance from us at a discount

You can book Insurance through Student Matters  online

Student Accommodation Abroad

Where can I live and what are the accommodation options? The answer is simple – you have three options! On-campus accommodation, off-campus living with other students and living with a relative close to campus! Most students choose to live off campus with other students because the costs are lower and there are other advantages, such as home-cooked meals! Some choose on-campus because they have security, and it is easier to attend daily classes on campus and single-sex dormitories/accommodations for married students.

  • Student Matters can connect you with Pakistani students already in the destination city to find suitable accommodation.
  • We can also book your on-campus accommodation and connect you with suitable accommodation.

WhatsApp chat groups for students already abroad

Once your visa is approved, STUDENT MATTERS will add you to a WhatsApp group of Pakistani students in that country, so you can connect with your friends and chat with them to get practical information before you get abroad!

Fee Payment Bank transfers

Student Matters has contracted with Link International Money Exchange to handle fees and other payment transfers abroad. Student Matters can help you open a bank account abroad and get the necessary approvals.
