What we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number
  • Study preferences: destination, course level, intake month, city of residence
  • Education notes you choose to share (transcript summary, English test status)
  • Service requests: flight details, airport / housing preferences submitted via forms
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and essential cookies for site function
Important: Please do not upload sensitive documents (passport scans, bank statements) through the website until our counsellor requests them on a secure channel (email or WhatsApp).
